My passion for coffee started when I was only eight years old in my city of Naples, Italy. Next door to my house was Don Gennaro, a small roaster for generations. The wonderful smell of the fresh roasted coffee captured me and drew me to his place. As i watched him roast, he used to confide in me all his secrets in making the perfect Neapolitan espresso. Now that I am here in America and I have my own roasting company, G&M Coffee Roasters, Inc., I am able to recreate and offer the same authentic Neapolitan blends that Don Gennaro used to roast, thirty eight years ago. G&M Coffee Roasters, Inc., established in 1983, in the heart of Brooklyn's little Italy, is a family owned business. We take pride in providing to our customers the highest quality gourmet coffees. Only the finest green beans are selected. From the tree to the cup we control the quality of each type of bean. Our fresh daily roasted coffees give us a superior advantage over other Italian imported coffees; by the time they arrive to the United States their aroma and freshness are already dissipated.
